NOTIFING THE TEACHER REGARDING ANY ABSENCE

If your child is away for any reason I would appreciate a written note upon their return to school. Nothing fancy, just a short note stating the reason; illness, Doctor's appointment, family matter etc., it just helps me with my records.

ADVANCE NOTICE OF AN ABSENCE

If you happen to know in advance that your child will be away, I would appreciate a short note as well. This saves the call-back parent volunteers time calling to confirm why a child is away, and again it helps me with my records.
